Customer Agreement – “Your UK Address”

This Customer Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Your UK Address,  hereinafter referred to as the “Company,” and the customer, hereinafter referred to as the “Customer.” By engaging in business with the Company, the Customer agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.

1. Address Responsibility:

The Company shall not be held responsible for the contents of shipments handled by us. Any issues arising from the nature or content of the package are the sole responsibility of the Customer.

2. Carrier Limitations:

In the process of package forwarding, Customers are obligated to adhere to the limitations and regulations imposed by the carrier companies. The Company shall not be liable for any discrepancies or restrictions imposed by the carriers. Customers are advised to carefully consider carrier limitations and guidelines during package redirection.

3. Refund Policy:

The Company will not provide refunds for any issues related to package redirection that arise due to carrier limitations. It is the responsibility of the Customer to be aware of and comply with carrier restrictions.

4. Accuracy of Personal Information:

Customers are required to provide accurate and up-to-date personal information for successful package handling and forwarding. The Company shall not be held responsible for any issues that may arise from inaccurate or incomplete customer information.

5. Indemnification:

The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claims, demands, or liabilities arising out of the Customer’s breach of this Agreement or any actions taken that result in loss or damage to the Company.

6. Governing Law:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the UK Arbitration Association.

7. Amendment and Termination:

The Company reserves the right to amend or terminate this Agreement at any time with or without notice. Customers will be notified of any changes to the Agreement, and continued use of the Company’s services implies acceptance of the revised terms.

Every customer who visits our website or receives service from our company through other networks (such as Ebay) is deemed to have read, understood and accepted these rules.
